Email ConfidentialityAt Google Checkout you'll see an option 'Keep my email address confidential. Google will forward all email from Office Watch to <your email address>'. This option creates an email alias (eg 'something@checkout.google.com') which is directed to your normal email address. At the Office Watch store your email address is your login name. If you choose a Google alias then that new email address will be your login for that order. This might be want you intend, but it means that your new Google Checkout
order will NOT be under the same login as any orders you have made in the past.
We'd had many customers tick that box then get horribly confused about how to
get their order because the consequences of the 'Keep my email address
confidential' option were not clear. We never sell, rent or misuse your email address. That's been our policy since we started Office Watch a decade ago. We have options at our online store (after login go to 'Modify Personal Information') to let you change the email address, password and merge orders from multiple accounts under a single login.
