Buy using - Google Checkout

Google Checkout - the idea of Google Checkout is that you setup your credit card details at Google for quick and easy use later.  Merchants never get your credit card details.  First time users can setup a Google Checkout account while making a purchase.  Google Checkout has an email privacy option which can cause our customers some confusion, see below.

Our web guru has developed a fully automated process - we'll send you ebook downloading info as soon as Google Checkout processes the payment.

Email Confidentiality

At Google Checkout you'll see an option 'Keep my email address confidential.  Google will forward all email from Office Watch to <your email address>'.  This option creates an email alias (eg  'something@checkout.google.com')  which is directed to your normal email address.  At the Office Watch store your email address is your login name.  If you choose a Google alias then that new email address will be your login for that order. 

This might be want you intend, but it means that your new Google Checkout order will NOT be under the same login as any orders you have made in the past.  We've had many customers tick that box then get horribly confused about how to get their order because the consequences of the 'Keep my email address confidential' option were not clear. 
Our order confirmation states clearly the email address and password that applies to the purchase.

We never sell, rent or misuse your email address.  That's been our policy since we started Office Watch a decade ago.

We have options at our online store (after login go to 'Modify Personal Information') to let you change the email address, password and merge orders from multiple accounts under a single login.

If you have any questions after ordering with Google Checkout then you can email Victor, our customer service guru.  Please include as many details as you can, so he can help you quickly.  Obviously any problems or questions with the Google site need to be taken up with them, but Victor would appreciate a 'CC' so he can keep an eye on the situation.
