Ebooks are delivered to you within minutes of purchase.  After our system gets confirmation of payment, we send you to a web page to download your ebook.  We'll also send you an order confirmation message which has details of your purchase including login details so you can download the ebook in the future. We urge you to keep the order email for future reference.  There's a Lost Password option available if you forget your password.

Please ensure that messages from 'office-watch.com' are permitted by your spam filter. If you can't find our messages, please check your 'Junk Mail' folder first.
You can download the latest versions of any ebooks you've bought at any time you need them.

The most common problem, by far, is order confirmation emails being wrongly marked as spam by the email host or email program.  Please check your Junk Email folder/s.

The next ranking issue is confusion about email addresses -- many of us have multiple email accounts (home, work, Gmail, Hotmail etc).  Please check all your email accounts - our order confirmation may simply be in a different Inbox.
